How you can contribute with us
Our sales team is responsible for the growth of our dispenser business in Switzerland.
As a Field Sales Manager, you are responsible for achieving our ambitious growth and sales targets. Your region covers the cantons of Bern, Solothurn, Basel, parts of Aargau, and extends to Central Switzerland.
Your focus is clearly on acquiring new customers, building new business relationships, and tapping into new market potentials.
Ideally, you invest between 60 to 70% of your time in active new customer acquisition, with the remaining time dedicated to the strategic support and development of selected existing customers.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for achieving ambitious sales and growth targets in the specified region.
- Active new customer acquisition, building sustainable business relationships, and tapping into new market potentials.
- Independent management of the entire sales process from initial contact through consultation and negotiation to successful contract conclusion.
- Building, maintaining, and developing a high-quality sales pipeline as well as professional management of all activities in the CRM.
- Support and development of selected existing customers with a focus on up- and cross-selling.
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as Service and Marketing.
Best prerequisites for your start
- Several years of experience in B2B field sales with a focus on new customer acquisition and building sustainable customer relationships.
- Hunter personality with high self-motivation, strong closing skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchy levels.
- High initiative as well as an independent, structured, and results-oriented working style.
- Commercial or technical training as well as affinity for digital sales tools and CRM systems.
- Very good German skills; French and English skills are a plus.
