We are currently looking for a Laboratory Technician EFZ Chemistry (m/f/d) for our location in Dagmersellen (LU).
This is where you are in your element
- In this role, you are responsible for performing release and stability analyses of pharmaceutical gases and technical gas mixtures in the quality control laboratory, complying with ISO and GMP requirements and according to the monographs of the pharmacopoeias (e.g. PhEur.)
- You work with the following analytical methods: gas chromatography (WLD / FID), mass spectrometry, NDIR, paramagnetism, and various electrochemical measurement methods
- You are also responsible for managing calibration gases in coordination with production
- You plan equipment requalifications and carry them out independently
- Furthermore, you maintain LIMS test plans and methods and develop new analytical methods
- You assess and approve system suitability tests and perform analysis releases
- Occasionally, you organise analyses at customers throughout Switzerland and conduct these independently
- After successful training, you provide telephone on-call services as part of your duties (around 10 weeks per year)
- You actively participate in digitalisation and task automation processes and contribute to the company’s development towards digital transformation
The formula for your success
- You preferably have completed training as a Laboratory Technician EFZ Chemistry or a similar qualification in the chemical-pharmaceutical field with several years of professional experience
- You enjoy working in a laboratory within a small team and having direct customer contact
- You have fluent German skills and ideally good English skills as well
- You appreciate varied work (job rotation within the team) and are flexible for urgent issues
- You feel physically fit and have no reservations about handling gas cylinders
- You are open to new challenges and want to actively contribute to the success of our company’s digital transformation
