Your challenge

• You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our digital communication channels and ensure their target group-oriented, brand-compliant and effective alignment.
• You continuously develop our website, plan and manage online campaigns as well as SEO/SEA measures and analyse their success based on relevant KPIs.
• You plan, create and send newsletters, maintain the mailing lists and manage our in-house screens. In addition, you develop channel-appropriate content for our digital platforms as well as internal communication.
• As a sparring partner, you support the strategic development of our social media channels, monitor trends and developments, and contribute impulses for contemporary digital communication.
• You advise internal stakeholders on communication issues, collaborate on cross-departmental projects and ensure consistent adherence to our brand appearance.

What convinces us

• You have a (technical) university degree as well as several years of professional experience in communication, digital marketing or content management.
• You bring solid experience in managing digital channels and are familiar with CMS, SEO/SEA, web analytics and newsletter marketing.
• You have experience in project management and have ideally already successfully planned and implemented digital projects – for example, a website relaunch.
• You enjoy developing target group-oriented content and preparing complex topics in an understandable and creative way.
• You work independently, in a structured and analytical manner, convince with high initiative and keep an overview even in demanding projects.
• You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills. Team spirit, service orientation and a sense for digital trends and brand communication complete your profile.
