Project Assistant 60-80%

for comprehensive support of the Project Managers on exciting projects for the best-known brands from various industries with a focus on our POS merchandising area in retail. Are you motivated to continuously learn new things "on the job" in projects? With us, you may take on responsibility early and handle important tasks or sub-projects in projects conscientiously, thereby contributing to a high implementation quality. Your core tasks include supporting the preparation of POS drives & shelf rearrangements as well as managing & coordinating our field merchandisers during their assignments, with whom you are in daily contact and whom you comprehensively and actively support before, during and after their assignments. In addition, you ensure implementation quality at POS level in controlling with your eye for detail, check accuracy and completeness and initiate corrections or optimisations if necessary. Occasionally, you also support projects in material management (preparation/packaging). Administrative processes, such as creating evaluations and reports, bring you as much joy as the rest of the project work.

You bring the following:

• You have completed training in the commercial field (at least business school) and can demonstrate practical professional experience on the client or, even better, agency side of at least 1 year
• Further training in marketing is an advantage
• You communicate appropriately and confidently in German with all contacts and have good French and English skills
• You are an organisational talent, like to work in a structured way, are conscientious and set priorities. You enjoy working in a team as much as independent project work
• You are a person with a lot of drive, are open and would like to take on responsibility
• You enjoy interacting with people (also by phone), are a good communicator and networker
• You are proficient in common MS Office programmes and are not afraid to learn new programmes
• You are not looking for a 9-5 job and feel comfortable in a dynamic and lively environment
