Your Tasks
- Support of apprentices in plant and apparatus construction during their professional and personal development
- Imparting practical knowledge in the areas of sheet metal processing, forming, welding, joining and assembly
- Planning and designing basic and specialised training as well as inter-company courses
- Promoting individual strengths and preparing apprentices for qualification procedures and entry into the profession
- Conducting development and appraisal interviews as well as collaborating with parents, schools, practical trainers and internal specialist departments
- Further development of training content, methods and processes and contributing ideas for modern, practice-oriented vocational training
What Convince Us
- Technical basic training as a plant and apparatus builder, aircraft sheet metal worker, tinsmith or in a related metal profession
- Several years of practical professional experience as well as sound knowledge in the areas of forming and joining
- Further training at HF level, professional examination or comparable qualification is an advantage; willingness to continue training is supported
- Enjoyment in supporting and accompanying young people as well as in clearly conveying specialist knowledge
- Experience in training or supervising apprentices as well as vocational pedagogical knowledge is an advantage
- Patience, sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and very good German skills (C1); English skills (B2) are an advantage
