Job Profile

Plant and apparatus builders EFZ manufacture components, apparatus, containers, and constructions from metal. They process sheets and profiles, join workpieces by welding, riveting, or screwing, and assemble complete units according to technical drawings. They work with machines and various welding methods.

Training

As a family business, personal support and guidance of apprentices is important to us. We specifically address your strengths and development opportunities. From day one, you work in a real production environment and gradually take on responsibility. Theory and practice are purposefully linked. You will attend practical basic training and inter-company courses at Schindler and rotate through various departments with us. This way, you gain comprehensive training.
