The contribution you can make

• Take over the leadership of the Controlling division on a technical, organisational and personnel level
• Be responsible for the budget, financial plan and financial management of the Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics (FOBL)
• Draft the message concerning the budget and final accounts
• Develop and optimise cost accounting as well as controlling tools
• Lead and coordinate IT controlling (as the person responsible for IT controlling)
• Lead projects aimed at optimising and digitising controlling processes

What distinguishes you

• Tertiary education in finance or business economics
• Proven several years of professional experience
• Goal- and result-oriented
• Interest in addressing complex issues in a solution-oriented and audience-appropriate manner
• In-depth knowledge of planning and management tools and methods; knowledge of the Federal Administration is an advantage
• Broad general knowledge and experience in public procurement
• Good knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of a third
