Our front-line teams shape the customer experience at Sunrise. With personal advice, tailored solutions and top service, every contact becomes a long-term customer relationship. 

YOUR CHALLENGE

• You support the teams at our locations Zurich ShopVille (main station) and Bahnhofstrasse, mainly for the lunch shifts
• You actively approach our customers, understand their needs and offer them suitable solutions.
• You inspire in sales with clear, honest advice and a convincing appearance.
• You show high self-motivation, achieve your monthly goals and actively contribute to the success of the shop.
• You handle service and support requests (e.g. device service, questions about products/subscriptions) in a solution-oriented, competent and reliable manner.
• Together with the team, you ensure an inviting shop experience and a positive atmosphere.
• You keep an overview of administrative and operational tasks (e.g. cash register, stock, order).
• You use downtimes for exciting outbound campaigns and generate additional sales opportunities
• You live the Sunrise values Bold, Passionate and One in everyday life and actively promote collaboration, customer proximity and initiative.

YOUR SKILLS

• Ideally, you already have experience in a comparable role in retail or convince as a motivated career changer with a pronounced sales flair and service orientation.
• You are bursting with enthusiasm for technology and digital products and explain them clearly.
• You work goal- and customer-oriented, are reliable and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You show flexibility and are willing to work regularly on Saturdays and Sundays
• You have very good German skills; any additional language is a plus.
