About the job

As an HR Business Partner for the Engineered Components division, you are the central contact person for our management in all strategically relevant HR matters. You act as a trusted and challenging sparring partner for our leaders and are a key driver for transformation, talent development, as well as organisational and cultural development. Through your entrepreneurial thinking, you develop division-specific personnel strategies that directly contribute to our business goals and create genuine, sustainable added value.

HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Strategic HR consulting of our leaders on an equal footing, close collaboration to develop and implement division-specific HR strategies
• Management and support of change processes as well as identification of optimisation potentials
• Moderation of talent reviews, promotion of internal career development and strategic co-design of succession planning at leadership level
• Analysis and interpretation of relevant HR KPIs to derive strategic recommendations for action for the business
• Leadership and coordination of global programmes and cultural initiatives (e.g. diversity or new HR tools) in close cooperation with the HR team

Your Profile

• Completed studies with an HR-relevant focus (business administration, psychology, social sciences), HR specialist or HR manager with a federal diploma
• At least five years of professional experience as an HR professional in a strategic position, ideally in an international industrial or commercial environment
• Sound practical experience and specific expertise in organisational development, change management and labour law
• Entrepreneurial, strategic and networked thinking for working in complex, dynamic organisations
• High social competence, pronounced communication skills on an equal footing, trustworthiness and resilience
• Fluent German and very good English, both spoken and written
