Support us with your expertise – Your area of responsibility:
* Order processing in the product area doors – from quotation to invoicing
* Handling of complaint processing and spare parts management
* Advice and support of our customers – by phone, in writing and personally in the showroom
* Active cooperation and coordination with internal departments and our plants
* Deployment at trade fairs and exhibitions
* Ongoing information gathering on product innovations and internal developments within the Hörmann Group
Contribute to our shared success – What you bring:
* Technical basic training (e.g. in metal or wood sector) with commercial further training or commercial training with a technical flair
* Experience in internal sales or customer service of products requiring explanation
* Knowledge of the construction supply industry (doors, windows, interior fittings, fittings) is an advantage
* Good user knowledge in MS Office
* Very good German language skills, spoken and written
* Enjoyment of customer contact, high resilience and a solution-oriented working style
