- Handling 1st and 2nd level tickets related to ERP, applications and interfaces
- Analysis and resolution of faults as well as development of workarounds
- Monitoring and analysing errors and logs in ERP, integration and messaging processes
- Investigation of data flows between ERP and connected systems
- Support with EDI processes and communication with business partners
- Coordination and targeted escalation of complex technical issues to external ICT partners
- Documentation of solutions, error patterns and recurring problems
- Building and maintaining a knowledge base for 1st level support
- Participation in ERP projects, changes and optimisations
Profile
- Training or further education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical qualification
- Experience in 1st and/or 2nd level ICT support
- Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Interest in and understanding of interfaces (APIs, web services, XML, etc.) and system integration
- Analytical and structured approach to fault finding
- Enjoyment in understanding technical contexts and addressing causes rather than just symptoms
- Good communication skills with users, specialist departments and ICT service providers
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
