Field Sales Representative Advertising 80% (Basel)

Your role

As a member recruiter in the field, you visit construction sites or other companies and encourage employees to stand together for their concerns. As a member recruiter, you actively approach potential members and convince them in personal conversations of the benefits of Unia membership. You also inform employees about their rights, convey the meaning and importance of collective labour agreements, and highlight our attractive benefits for members.

Your profile

• (Swiss) German (at least level B2) and good oral skills in at least one European foreign language (French, Portuguese and/or Italian)
• Completed vocational training (at least 3 years of professional experience)
• High commitment, perseverance and great flexibility
• Political awareness in trade union and social issues
• Very good organisational and communication skills
• Driving licence category B
• Flexible and willing to work in Aarau and Basel
