Associate Oligonucleotides Analytics

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine oligonucleotide measurements, mainly using HPLC with UV detection and/or Single Quad Mass Spectrometry

• Thorough and efficient planning, execution and documentation of experiments in collaboration with the relevant team members

• Evaluate analytical data using Genedata/Oligo Analysis Accelerator

• Develop, improve and validate analytical methods

• Work with chromatographic data systems such as Empower or OpenLab

• Routinely apply GxP requirements where necessary and follow the relevant SOPs

Must Haves:

• You hold a completed vocational qualification in a scientific field, such as a laboratory technician qualification, with 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The role does not require any university degree, Master's degree or PhD

• Hands-on experience in analytical instrumentation and techniques, such as HPLC and Mass Spectrometry

• Routinely apply GxP requirements where necessary and understand how to work according to the relevant guidelines and SOPs

• Good command of English. Good command of German would be a plus

• A strong interest in or background in analytical development for oligonucleotides

• Experience with LC-MS would be a plus

• Experience in analytics of large molecules or biologics would be an advantage

• Self-motivated, open-minded, proactive, reliable, goal-oriented and an excellent team player

• A strong quality mindset and excellent attention to detail
