QA Specialist - Deviations, Change Control & Quality Systems

Job description:

For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for two GMP Compliance Specialists to support deviation management, change control, documentation and risk assessments within a GMP-regulated environment

About the customer:

• Location: Bern, Switzerland
• Start Date: 1 December 2026
• Duration: Approx. 7 months
• Workload: 100% (41 hours per week)
• Remote Work: Possible
• Positions: 2

Requirements:

• Investigate deviations and prepare deviation reports.
• Create and coordinate change requests, ensuring timely follow-up of required actions.
• Create and update SOPs, procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct risk assessments, including FMEA.

Competences:

• Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology) or several years of relevant professional experience.
• Initial experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry within a GMP environment.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: deviation management, change control, SOP documentation or risk assessments.
• Independent working style, quick learner and ability to adapt to new topics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to actively engage stakeholders.
• German at C2 level or equivalent (mandatory) and good written and spoken English.
