About the job
In our lively and personal hospital, you are responsible as part of our 15-member HR team for the concerns of our 940 employees from over 30 nations. You take responsibility for your area of expertise, advise managers and employees, and actively shape our HR work.

Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the HR lifecycle in your own area of responsibility, supported by our dedicated HR administration
- Advice and support for our managers and employees in all personnel-related and labour law matters
- Active development of HR processes as well as independent management of projects, for example in the areas of employer branding and digitalisation
- Support and further development of HR IT systems
Your Profile
- Completed training in the HR field (at least HR specialist level or comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage but not a requirement
- Proficient use of MS Office applications and an affinity for digital HR systems
- Service-oriented, structured and independent working style as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment in tackling tasks and finding pragmatic solutions
