Our client is an internationally successful company in the Baden (AG) region, which develops, produces and distributes high-quality products for water infrastructure worldwide. To strengthen the 4-person team, we are looking for a reliable and open-minded personality to start immediately or by arrangement.

Clerk for International Internal Sales and Partial Export 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Independent processing and coordination of customer orders

• Supporting the Key Account Managers (KAM) with quotations as well as complete
• order coordination
• Care and advice for international customers in day-to-day business
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments such as sales, production, logistics, purchasing and forwarding
• Support with administrative tasks related to the commercial sales process

Your profile

• Commercial training or comparable education or further training, e.g. federal diploma, higher education or similar
• Professional experience in internal sales, ideally with customer consulting; export knowledge is an advantage and can be learned
• Interest in technical products and willingness to familiarise yourself with the range
• Enjoyment of international customer contact as well as a service- and solution-oriented working style
• Independent, structured and reliable personality with strong team spirit
• Fluent German and good spoken English skills; any additional language is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
