Service Desk Specialist (a) 100% [2813]

• You analyse and resolve technical faults independently and ensure smooth IT operations
• You receive incidents and service requests via telephone and ticket system and accompany them from recording to resolution
• You coordinate more complex faults with the responsible specialist teams and ensure smooth further processing
• You manage user accounts, process orders and take care of arising IT tasks
• You create and update technical documentation as well as knowledge base articles to ensure knowledge remains sustainably available
• You install, configure and maintain hardware and software and ensure that IT workstations function reliably

• You have completed IT training or have several years of practical experience in client support
• You are familiar with typical user problems and quickly find your way around technical issues
• You are confident in handling PCs, notebooks and client-server applications
• You bring good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common IT tools
• You communicate confidently in German (at least C1) and necessarily have French skills at a minimum B2 level.
