Project Manager Digital Ecosystem

• In the Digital Ecosystem, you continuously develop the interaction of our digital offerings and touchpoints such as ewz.ch (based on Adobe Experience Manager) and the customer portal "Mein ewz" with the connected backend systems.
• You identify and prioritise relevant challenges and analyse customer needs, business processes, data flows, interfaces, as well as technical dependencies.
• From the identified challenges, you develop larger projects and translate professional as well as customer requirements into viable solutions throughout the entire process.
• You ensure that frontends, interfaces, and backend systems interact sensibly and coordinate the implementation with departments, product management, product owners, UX and UI, enterprise architecture, development, and system managers.
• During implementation, you keep an eye on deadlines, budget, quality, and risks, coordinate the professional tests, and check the achieved impact based on data and feedback.

• A higher education or further training in business informatics, computer science, digitalisation, business administration, or a comparable field forms your professional basis.
• You bring experience in leading digital projects as well as in analysing and designing end-to-end processes and technically integrated solutions.
• You are well versed in interfaces, APIs, data flows, and system integrations and have experience connecting web platforms or customer portals to backend systems.
• You understand complex professional and technical contexts, can formulate requirements clearly, and bring together different interests into implementable solutions.
• An independent, structured, and impact-oriented working style, very good German skills, and enthusiasm for both conceptual and operational involvement characterise you.
