Your Tasks
- Coaching and supporting managers and employees in challenging situations, especially in conflicts as well as performance and behavioural issues
- Advising managers and employees on personnel and labour law matters
- Managing occupational health management (OHM) and coordinating professional reintegration in collaboration with supervisors and insurance partners
- Supporting personnel and organisational change processes
- Participating in HR projects as well as developing and optimising HR processes
- Contributing to payroll processes and payroll-related issues
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial or comparable education as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable HR role; experience in healthcare is an advantage
- You have sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and are confident in handling complex personnel matters
- With your strong advisory and communication skills, you present yourself confidently, professionally, and appropriately to managers and employees
- You are characterised by an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Even in demanding situations, you maintain an overview, set priorities, and represent your position clearly and constructively
- You possess high social competence, discretion, resilience, and flexibility
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a confident handling of MS Office and digital HR systems
