We take pleasure in our work, in technology, and in our customers! Our Solutions team is looking for reinforcement: an experienced System Engineer and Project Manager 80-100%.

Our customers entrust us with the construction and operation of their infrastructures. We advise, analyse, plan, stabilise, optimise, and further develop – from the initial idea to successful operation.

• You are an expert! You design IT infrastructures together with our customers and implement them, independently and as part of a team.
• “Cloud” and “On Premise” are not religions for us. You move confidently in both worlds and develop solutions so that our customers can focus on their core business.
• You have the overview! As a project manager, you coordinate people, resources, and technologies and ensure that plans become real solutions.
• You are the main contact person for your assigned customers. You have a team behind you that supports you.
• You know best what our customers need! You advise proactively and develop ideas for new projects and future-proof IT solutions.
• You shape the future of EcoLogic together with your colleagues. What does the IT portfolio look like? Which technologies are important? How do we want to develop further?

What we look forward to:

• You bring an IT education at FH/HF level, a degree, or EFZ as an IT specialist in system technology or similar qualifications.
• You have been working in a comparable position for several years.
• You know a lot about Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Hyper-V, and Windows Server – and have applied, tested, and deepened this knowledge in practice.
• You have led projects and know what that means: engaging people, setting priorities… and delivering.
• You enjoy further training and deepen your specialisms. You gladly share your knowledge within the team.
• You are enthusiastic about IT and “elegant” technical solutions – and enjoy laughing at yourself and with others.
