From 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for:

Coach / Course Leader (m/f/d), 80–100 %

What you can achieve with us:

• Conducting intake interviews for needs analysis and determining suitable support measures Coaching job seekers (RAV, IV, social welfare) in the application process: updating documents, developing strategies, preparing for interviews, and liaising with employers
• Leading three-week application courses for non-German-speaking job seekers with limited German skills, half-day sessions in the morning or afternoon
• Regular contact maintenance with referring clients as well as written and oral reporting on the clients' situation
• Acquisition of internship placements and building and maintaining contacts with potential employers
• Promoting the skills, independence, and initiative of clients in the application process

What you bring:

• Completed training in social, psychological, or comparable fields
• SVEB Trainer Certificate or willingness to obtain it promptly
• Further training in solution- and resource-oriented coaching
• Extensive experience in coaching job seekers in the context of RAV, IV, and social welfare, as well as good knowledge of the labour market in the Basel region
• Confident German language skills and enjoyment in creating meaningful, modern, and individual application documents
• Enjoyment in working with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds Foreign language skills are an advantage
