About the job
The Reformed Church Community of Wiesendangen is a medium-sized church community located between Winterthur and Frauenfeld. With our 12 employees, we create a diverse and attractive range of offerings for people of all ages. We are looking for a cheerful, child-loving person for the next school year 2026/27 who lives out and conveys Christian values to 2nd – 4th graders.Have you completed training as a catechist or do you have similar training? Diverse tasks
• Implementation of the overall religious education concept within the team
• Organization and execution of 4-5 weekly lessons for the minichile (2nd grade), 3rd grade religious instruction, and Club 4 (approx. 20-25% workload) in Wiesendangen and Gundetswil
• Co-organization and execution of 1-2 church services with the religious instruction children on the topics of baptism and harvest thanksgiving
• Participation in family events and community activities
• Collaboration with parents, employees, and volunteers
• Administrative tasks
• Participation in the community convention
