To strengthen the IT department of the Kieser Group, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our central system office in Zurich for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d).
Your mission
You are an important support for all central IT services, further optimise existing processes and take on a key role in the administration and operation of our IT infrastructure, as well as the associated activities in the service desk.
What you achieve
Identity management: Management, configuration and maintenance of our identity and access management solutions with Azure Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory.
Incident management: Error analysis and resolution of IT problems (first and second level support), collaboration with external IT service providers, support and training of employees in the IT area.
Network management: Ensuring the availability and security of our networks. Management and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs.
Device management: Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT devices for employees. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Office applications: Support for end users on various topics in the O365 environment (Outlook, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint), as well as specialised applications.
What defines you
Initial professional experience in a comparable role as IT administrator or IT specialist with corresponding training in computer science/business informatics/informatics/information electronics.
Knowledge of Azure Entra ID, network management and device management.
Knowledge in the areas of network protocols, network architecture, Azure AD, device management (e.g. Intune) and basic security and compliance policies.
Ability to analyse complex processes and design them efficiently.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, solid English skills are a plus.
