Portrait of the School/Institution
We are a lively village school with around 550 pupils, spread across three school locations and five kindergartens. A new school building is currently being constructed, which will expand our learning and living space and open up new educational opportunities. We see this development as a chance to actively shape the school and implement innovative ideas.

Tasks
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of individual support measures in Cycle 2
- Integrative support of pupils in class teaching or small groups
- Close cooperation with class teachers, specialists and school management
- Advising teachers and parents on special educational needs issues
- Participation in site meetings and support planning
- Active involvement in school and teaching development
Requirements
- Completed training in school special needs education (or in training)
- Experience in integrative settings is an advantage
- Enjoyment in working with heterogeneous learning groups
- Teamwork skills, flexibility and high social competence
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Interest in school development and inclusive education
