On the agenda
Reception & Client Experience
- From reception, ensure a physical and telephone welcome with a level of service inspired by high-end hospitality
- Guarantee a smooth, warm and quality experience for clients, partners and employees
- Participate in the integration and welcoming of new employees
Events & Office Life
- Participate in the organisation and coordination of internal and external events: annual meetings, inaugurations, aperitifs, etc.
- Contribute to operational coordination and logistics management on the day
- Participate in organising client gifts and setting up personalised attentions
Administrative Management
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle document management, archiving and correspondence processing
- Participate in organising business travel
- Oversee meeting room management and contribute to calendar coordination
Facility Management
- Participate in the overall management and smooth operation of infrastructure, equipment and workspaces
- Centralise needs, coordinate interventions and ensure follow-up with external providers: maintenance, cleaning, suppliers, etc.
- Ensure the quality, aesthetics and impeccable upkeep of spaces
- Participate in managing the vehicle fleet: scheduling maintenance, monitoring technical interventions and organising tyre changes
This internship will offer you a cross-functional view of how a company operates and will allow you to develop concrete skills in hospitality, administrative management, events, supplier coordination and workspace management.

Profile sought
Internship must be 6 months long as part of a mandatory and accredited internship for diploma validation. Other applications cannot be considered.
You are ideally studying in hospitality, service or a related field. You may also have developed a genuine interest in these professions and wish to discover the role of Office Manager in a demanding and dynamic environment.
Beyond your background, we are primarily looking for a mindset: a warm, positive and energetic person who genuinely enjoys pleasing both our clients and colleagues.
