Type of Work

In this exciting and varied position, you are responsible for the operation, further development and optimisation of modern virtual workplace platforms. You ensure the stable and high-performance operation of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments and analyse complex faults in 3rd-level support in a sustainable and solution-oriented manner.

You work on demanding infrastructure and digital workplace projects and actively contribute your ideas to the development of new solutions and concepts. In addition, you support technical proof of concepts, drive automation using PowerShell and continuously develop existing platforms. In the hybrid environment, topics related to Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) are also part of your area of responsibility.

Requirements Profile

To successfully meet this challenge, you have extensive experience in the operation or engineering of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments. Ideally, you bring knowledge in the areas of MCS, PVS or FAS. Initial experience in the Azure environment or with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop is an advantage.

You have experience in automation with PowerShell and are characterised by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working. Quality, stability and sustainable solutions are your focus. In addition, you communicate confidently in German and have good English skills. Citrix certifications are welcome, but your practical experience and technical know-how are more important.
