The Role
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on, and service-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our People and Culture team in Switzerland. This role has a primary focus on end-to-end People Operations across the employee lifecycle, while also supporting payroll coordination and related administrative processes.
In this role, you will ensure smooth People & Culture Operations and act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across Switzerland.
How you’ll make an impact

Support and manage employee lifecycle processes for Switzerland from hire to retire (onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding)

Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers on P&C administrative and employment-related topics

Prepare and maintain employment contracts and other personnel documents

Ensure a smooth and positive employee experience through high-quality operational support

Maintain and update employee records and manage our P&C systems

Ensure data quality, documentation standards, and compliance with internal processes

Support monthly payroll activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date payroll-relevant employee data

Assist with payroll-related reporting and year-end activities

Support communication with authorities and social insurance providers where required

Contribute to P&C reporting and contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of administrative processes
What is important to us

2+ years of experience in People Operations in Switzerland

Hands-on experience across different areas of the employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding)

Practical experience supporting payroll processes

Good understanding of Swiss social security and labour law basics

A structured and reliable working style with strong attention to detail

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset and a strong service orientation

Fluent German and very good English skills
