Director of Nursing Clienia Littenheid AG (m/f/d)

Shape the future of psychiatric nursing with us for our patients. As a member of the management team, you will significantly influence the strategic and operational development of the private clinic Clienia Littenheid AG together with the clinic director and the medical director.
Your tasks
- You lead the nursing directorate consistently and reliably, provide orientation and create a motivating and performance-oriented work culture.
- You work in the clinical area in tandem with the medical director.
- You promote skills, personal responsibility and interdisciplinary collaboration, in which employees can engage and develop further.
- You develop nursing qualitatively, economically and innovatively – with a high standard of treatment quality.
- You manage personnel and financial resources effectively and ensure a capable and sustainable organisation.
- You actively contribute to the management team, drive strategic projects forward and contribute to the long-term future of the clinic.
Your profile
- Nursing professional training and several years of leadership experience in a senior position, ideally in inpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Business management understanding, further training such as MAS/MBA is a plus
- Clear, consistent and appreciative leadership personality with strong social skills
- High quality standards, decisiveness and strong implementation skills
- Strategic thinking, enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurial action
- Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
