Your responsibilities
- Advise and sell new and used vehicles to our customers as well as the services of the Emil Frey Group
- Welcome prospects and customers, analyse their needs, advise them, introduce and let them test our vehicles, help them identify the vehicle that meets their expectations, finalise the sale by offering them a rich and personalised experience within the dealership
- Accompany your customers until the delivery of their vehicle
- Ensure follow-up of the relationship long after the satisfied customer has left the dealership
- Become your customers’ preferred advisor and make them want to return
Your profile
- Experience in automotive sales (with a Federal VET Diploma in a profession related to the automobile or in the commercial field)
- Negotiation skills with customers
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator and comfortable with prospecting
- Native French speaker with good oral knowledge of English
- Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office)
