Mobimo FM Service AG is a subsidiary of the publicly listed real estate company Mobimo Holding AG and operates in the field of facility management. We are a qualified Swiss company and support our clients with commitment and expertise in facility management both in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and the greater Lausanne area.

As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a dedicated leader from 1 October 2026 who will manage our mandate in the Zurich North area and actively support us as

Mandate Manager Facility Management

In this responsible role, you act as a sparring partner, develop client mandates further, and take responsibility for quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainable success.

Your Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of a four-person team
• Overall responsibility for the technical and infrastructural building operations within the mandate
• Planning, control, and monitoring of internal and external services as well as projects and implementations
• Responsibility for budget, costs, reporting, controlling, and target achievement of the assigned mandate
• Management of the on-call system and the building management system
• Ensuring contractually agreed services, quality standards, as well as building, work, and operational safety
  
• On-call duty in rotation

Your Profile

• Completed higher education in the field of technology or facility management at tertiary level
  
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position
• Very good IT user skills, especially in XRM and MS Office
• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  
• Resilient personality with strong communication skills
  
• Driving licence category B mandatory
  
• Native German speaker or very good knowledge
