IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 105,000Role:
Do you want to design modern IT infrastructures and implement exciting customer projects? In this role as an IT System Engineer, you take responsibility for supporting customers in the further development of their IT landscapes. You work with the latest Microsoft technologies and contribute to implementing innovative solutions. Your professional experience enables you to master complex tasks and continuously develop your skills. You design and implement IT solutions that meet your customers' requirements.
Responsibilities:
You analyse and implement IT infrastructures in Windows environments
In this role, you perform fault diagnosis and remediation on customer infrastructures
As an IT System Engineer, you advise customers remotely and on-site
You coordinate and lead ICT projects within the team, including M365, Windows Server, and virtualisation
You ensure the smooth operation of customer environments, including monitoring and troubleshooting
You optimise and further develop existing infrastructures to improve them
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in platform development
- You are confident in handling Microsoft environments as well as virtualisation technologies
- You have good knowledge of network technology
- You work in a structured, careful, efficient manner and have a high service standard for yourself
- You are a team player, communicative, and work independently and precisely
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills
