• Lead and be responsible for the assigned objects in organisational, technical and personnel matters as well as ensure the relevant processes in your own area of responsibility in normal and extraordinary situations

• Ensure the required operational and readiness status of special objects and systems of higher military and civilian command in qualitative and quantitative terms
• Ensure operational planning including on-call organisation and armed service as well as provide training for the benefit of the troops and third parties
• Accompany construction projects in the role of the operator
• Act as deputy for the head during their absences

What makes you unique

• Completed technical vocational training with further education, e.g. as Head of Facility Management and Maintenance, NDS Business Administration or equivalent qualifications (Diploma)
• Subject specialist with several years of leadership experience; ideally already long-standing experience in maintenance as well as provision and operation of complex infrastructures
• Strong leadership skills and suitability as a trainer; good communication skills with team spirit and assertiveness as well as a great sense of responsibility, with experience in construction projects being desirable
• Basic training in fire brigade/breathing protection desirable
• Willingness for on-call and armed service
• Willingness to work a high proportion of working hours during the day
