The Human Resources department ensures a customer-oriented, modern and central HR service for around 6,000 employees of the university.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for the HR Operations Team 2 for a service-oriented, resilient, independent and precise working personality.

Your Tasks
You will work in central HR in a team of 4 HR Specialists and be responsible for the following main tasks:
- Handling all personnel processes from entry to exit
- Responsible for payroll administration of the assigned areas
- Qualified advice to all employees on questions regarding the employment relationship
- Collaboration with internal and external bodies
- Participation in various HR projects
Your Profile
- Commercial training and further education in HR
- 3+ years of work experience in operational HR
- Independent, reliable and precise working style, as well as analytical thinking skills
- Service-oriented mindset with enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP HCM
- Fluent German and English skills
