In this versatile role, you will take on the complete personnel administration for several client mandates and become an important interface between employees, clients, and external partners.
The special feature: You will manage at least two client mandates simultaneously, gaining exciting insights into different corporate cultures.
Your tasks include:
Managing the entire Employee Life Cycle, from hiring to exit
Independently handling all personnel administrative processes for German- and French-speaking mandates
Competent advice and support on all HR-related issues
Correct handling and accounting of all social insurance matters
Professional correspondence with authorities, insurance companies, and external bodies
Active participation in shaping and optimising existing HR processes
You work independently, proactively contribute your ideas, and have the opportunity to truly make a difference. The variety of mandates ensures that no day is like the other.
What do I need to be successful?
For this responsible position, you ideally bring a solid commercial basic education. An additional qualification in HR is welcome but by no means a requirement. Your motivation and willingness to learn count just as much.
What is important to us:
Practical prior knowledge in personnel administration or alternatively a strong enthusiasm to acquire and grow in this versatile field
Fluent German skills and solid French skills, enabling you to communicate professionally with speakers of other languages
An independent, solution-oriented working style with the courage to sometimes take unconventional paths
High quality standards and accuracy in everything you undertake
Technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with various digital tools and systems
Genuine passion for your work as well as the drive to continuously develop yourself and take on new challenges
You are a person who takes responsibility, enjoys working independently, and at the same time has an open ear for the concerns of various stakeholders.
