To complete our team in the active administration area, we are looking for a

Active Administrator 80-100%

After a thorough introduction and training phase, you will receive your own client base and be fully responsible for it. You will liaise with our alternative sales partners and our affiliated companies, ensuring satisfied ALSA PK customers through your high commitment.

Tasks:

Your main tasks include:

Administration and support of insured persons and affiliated companies with your own client base, processing entries and exits as well as WEF, purchases, FZL, payroll lists, telephone and written customer enquiries, preparation of pension plans and individual calculations. Cooperation with external partners such as insurance companies, authorities, and trustees. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a person with the following profile:

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification. Several years of experience in pension fund administration or in the field of occupational pension provision. Sound knowledge of Swiss social security and pension law. Good IT skills, especially in the use of pension administration software. Precise, structured, and independent working style. Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people. Foreign language skills, especially French and/or English, are an advantage.
