Sales Administrator & Export Processing (m/f/d)

What is my role?

For an established Swiss industrial company, a committed individual is sought for internal sales in an international environment. In this role, you will take on a central position in the support and processing of customer orders and maintain close communication with internal and external contacts.

Your diverse tasks include in particular:

• Independent management and processing of customer orders from quotation preparation through order entry to invoicing

• Competent support and care of national and international customers

• Close collaboration with various internal departments

• Organisation and preparation of shipping and customs documents for different modes of transport

• Support with export, import and general transport matters

• Deputising within the sales team

• Maintenance and updating of customer and master data in the ERP system

• Participation and support in various internal projects

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in an industrial or technical environment

• Professional experience in internal sales or order processing

• Experience in international business or export area

• Good user knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems

• A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style

• Sense of responsibility, teamwork skills and a confident manner

• Very good German skills as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form

• Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a further advantage
