For our location in Visp, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as of 1 January 2027

• Your main tasks include the creation and processing of offers and order initiations
• You are responsible for all telephone enquiries from our customers (mainly commercial customers from the construction industry)
• Based on this, you provide information, make clarifications and, if necessary, receive and process customer complaints
• Further administrative tasks such as recording orders, obtaining offers from suppliers complete the range of activities

If your heart beats faster for the above-described area of responsibility and you bring the following skills, you are our ideal candidate:

• Completed training in the field of tiles / parquet / interior construction with commercial further education (advantageous) and/or commercial training with a technical background or a strong affinity for the construction industry
• Good IT skills as well as proficient handling of common MS Office programmes
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation and a high quality awareness
• Detail- and team-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French: good basic knowledge
