Qualifications and Characteristics
- Completed training as an ICT specialist, computer scientist, business administrator, logistician with vocational baccalaureate, or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment
- Very good German skills (native language) as well as good English skills (level B1)
- Solid experience in SAP user support including debugging, confident handling of MS Office, and experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Interest in complex system landscapes as well as the ability to work analytically and solution-oriented
About the Job
As an SAP Supporter, you ensure professional user support for the modules MM, SD, PP, and EWM. You are responsible for independently handling and sustainably resolving 1st-level incidents while adhering to defined service levels. You analyse, prioritise, and prepare more complex 2nd- and 3rd-level requests for forwarding to internal specialists or external partners. In addition, you record and evaluate helpdesk tickets, derive measures from them, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of support quality. For recurring problems, you develop sustainable solutions to optimise SIGA's business processes.
You maintain and create support documentation, work instructions, as well as process and system documentation. Additionally, you support the planning and implementation of system introductions, rollouts, and user acceptance tests. Close collaboration with departments, key users, and IT teams is part of your daily routine, as is actively participating in the further development of the SAP system landscape. Through your commitment, you help ensure that digitalisation at SIGA is consistently and successfully advanced.
