Networking & Infrastructure
- Provide hands-on operation and advanced troubleshooting of the campus wired and wireless network, including switches, access points, network connectivity and related services.

- Work with connectivity and network service providers to restore service and prevent repeat incidents.
User Support & Classroom Technology
- Provide second-line and senior escalation support for complex Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint, classroom AV/interactive display and peripheral issues, while remaining responsive to urgent day-to-day support needs.
- Help teachers and staff use school technology effectively; communicate incident status and practical workarounds in accessible, non-technical language.
- Support PaperCut MF / Find-Me printing and cloud telephony, coordinating specialist suppliers where required.
Security, Documentation & Projects
- Maintain IT asset records, operational procedures, technical documentation and useful knowledge-base articles.

- Ability to work independently on-site, organise competing priorities, communicate clearly with non-technical users and coordinate vendors and remote technical teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English (at least B2; C1 preferred).
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Hands-on administration or support of Cisco Meraki switches, wireless access points and security appliances.
