Apprenticeship as Food Technologist EFZ 2027

What to expect

• During the three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know various areas of our food production and will be gradually introduced to the future professional tasks of a food technologist by competent specialists. You will learn to operate our production facilities, taste and assess products during quality controls, contribute to optimising our production processes, and carry out analyses in the laboratory.

• Good student with an interest in scientific subjects
• Interest in processing raw materials or cooking
• Sense of responsibility and awareness of cleanliness and hygiene
• Technically / manually skilled
  
• Reliable, determined and a team player
• Physically resilient
