Temporary HR Business Partner

Our client is currently in an exciting phase of transformation and integration. For the transitional period, we are looking for two committed HR Business Partners.

Tasks

• Support and advice for employees and managers on all personnel-related issues
• Consultation with line management on labour law and personnel matters
• Accompanying employee discussions - from hiring to departures and dismissals
• Responsibility and support in recruiting
• Processing and responding to HR enquiries
• Close cooperation with various locations and contacts
• Travel activity within Switzerland, possibly Western Switzerland

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role
• Solid experience in advising managers and employees
• Experience in recruiting as well as in accompanying entries and exits
• Confident manner and strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of a dynamic environment and change processes
• Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage depending on the area of deployment
• Willingness to travel
