At the same time, you appreciate contact with customers and like to lead employees to shared success?For an established company in the canton of Aargau, we are looking for an experienced individual as Project Manager Sewer Service (m/f/d) 100% in a permanent position.
Tasks
You are fully responsible for your projects and ensure that everything is optimally coordinated from the offer to completion:- Managing projects from inspection and calculation to follow-up
- Preparing offers and accompanying order processing
- Planning, organising and work preparation (AVOR)
- Competent advice and support for customers
- Coordination and supervision of ongoing work
- Leadership, support and development of employees
- Planning of materials, equipment and required resources
- Coordination of maintenance work
- Ensuring efficient, high-quality project execution
Profile
- Several years of professional experience in sewer service, sewer rehabilitation or a comparable technical field
- Technical or commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by appropriate further education
- Leadership experience as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
- Good IT user skills
- Independent and well-organised working style
- Strong quality and responsibility awareness
- Solution-oriented hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and working in a team
