Your tasks

• You take on innovative and exciting consulting work in HR IT customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / SmartRecruiters
• You take on the management of (partial) projects
• You participate in the analysis, conception and development of innovative HR concepts as well as their implementation at the customer
• You conduct workshops and training sessions with customers virtually or on site and take over their management if necessary
• You assist in the further development, support and care of existing customers
• You work together with the sales team in the professional preparation of customer-specific offers

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or Applied Psychology (AOP) or further training in HR, Payroll or Social Security
• You already have experience either in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (at least 2 modules) and have already taken on (partial) project management or you have professional recruiting experience with SAP SuccessFactors/SmartRecruiters
• You are a winning, upbeat and successful personality and enjoy continuously developing yourself
• You like to take responsibility and have an independent and committed way of working and always act in the interest of the customers
• You have a high problem-solving competence as well as analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• You are strong in communication both orally and in writing
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• You are willing to undertake project-related travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
