Your contribution to our team

As an experienced hands-on HR project practitioner with a flair for conceptual topics, you are responsible for planning, managing, and implementing operational and strategic HR projects in Switzerland. You are strongly rooted in the local organization but also act as an interface between the local organization and the international headquarters, ensuring – together with your teammate – that local HR projects are implemented and global initiatives are efficiently translated into local, effective solutions. Thanks to your positive, can-do mentality in a dynamic environment, you master complex challenges with humor.

Your main tasks include in particular:

Project management & implementation

• Leading and actively, hands-on implementing HR projects (e.g., HR systems, processes, transformations)
• Developing HR concepts, policies, and best practices
• Planning, managing, and monitoring project goals, schedules, and budgets
• Ensuring successful implementation in the Swiss context
• Collaborating with international HR teams and translating global HR strategies into local measures

Process and system optimization

• Analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes
• Further developing HR systems, promoting digitalization in the HR area

Data & reporting

• Further developing HR key figures and reporting structures
• Ensuring data quality and consistency

Your profile

• Solid knowledge and many years of application of Swiss HR practices (HR professional certificate, operational HR experience)
• Several years of experience in leading HR projects, also in an international environment
• IT and data affinity, very good knowledge of HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors and Abacus
• Strong hands-on mentality and high implementation orientation
• Analytical and conceptual skills combined with the flair to prepare and implement complex content understandably
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English in spoken and written form, French is an advantage.
