- Take responsibility for servers, applications, networks, end devices, telephony and central IT services
- Administer and expand Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, Defender and other Microsoft cloud services
- Actively accompany engineering tasks and IT projects from conception to technical implementation
- Ensure security, availability and operational requirements in the existing system landscape
- Analyse, sustainably resolve and derive improvement measures for technical faults in 1st and 2nd level support
- Competently support employees with technical questions regarding workplace, applications, hardware and cloud services
- Evaluate new technologies and automation possibilities and continuously further develop the IT landscape
- Several years of professional experience in system engineering, Microsoft cloud environment and technical ICT support
- Solid practical experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender
- Good knowledge of Windows server, network, client and hybrid cloud infrastructures
- Experience in IT projects as well as enjoyment of a combination of around 60 percent engineering and 40 percent support
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as pronounced service and communication skills
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Operate, further develop and optimise Microsoft-based cloud and on-premises infrastructures- Take responsibility for servers, applications, networks, end devices, telephony and central IT services
- Administer and expand Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, Defender and other Microsoft cloud services
- Actively accompany engineering tasks and IT projects from conception to technical implementation
- Ensure security, availability and operational requirements in the existing system landscape

Profile
- Completed training in computer science, for example IT specialist EFZ with a focus on platform development/system technology, certified computer scientist HF or comparable further education- Several years of professional experience in system engineering, Microsoft cloud environment and technical ICT support
- Solid practical experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender
- Good knowledge of Windows server, network, client and hybrid cloud infrastructures
- Experience in IT projects as well as enjoyment of a combination of around 60 percent engineering and 40 percent support
