What to expect:

• Maintaining and further developing the ICT infrastructure
• Handling support requests in 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support
• Administration of server, client and cloud systems
• Participating in ICT projects and the introduction of new technologiesEnsuring a stable, secure and efficient ICT operation

What you should bring:

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ, ideally with a focus on system technology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in ICT system administration or ICT support
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working styleHigh service and team orientation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft and cloud environments
• Initiative and enjoyment in taking responsibility and driving improvements
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
