Articulate Machinist with a Flair for Sales

Become a Sales Manager in a rapidly growing company to support our key markets Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, England, the Benelux countries as well as the Scandinavian markets.

Thanks to our successful sales partners and subsidiaries (REGO-FIX Italy, France and UK) in the mentioned regions, you will jointly promote the product promise and core values of the REGO-FIX brand sustainably. You will rely on active support from our marketing and product management so that you can successfully position the demanding tool solutions for your customers in the market. A doer who understands customers as partners!

Your area of responsibility

• Support of sales partners and branches in the responsible markets
• Development and implementation of the long-term marketing and sales strategy in cooperation with the CS
• Close operational cooperation with the internal sales department, the marketing department and product management
• Travel share approx. 50% within Switzerland and Europe

Your qualifications

• Mechanical basic training (polymechanic EFZ or similar) with advanced machining knowledge
• Further training in technology, sales and/or marketing is an advantage
• Excellent German & English skills mandatory, any additional language a great advantage (French, Italian)
• Open-minded personality who can act in a team-oriented manner in an international environment
