Tasks
In the internship organisation of the Bachelor’s degree programme in Occupational Therapy, you support us with administrative, organisational and quality assurance tasks. You are an important contact person for practice partners, lecturers and students and contribute to a professional and smooth organisation of the internships. In doing so, you manage and maintain relevant information and data management systems, especially Moodle, CRM applications and other digital platforms. You coordinate administrative processes, communicate with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to quality assurance as well as the continuous development of the internship organisation.
Profile
You have completed a commercial or comparable training as well as experience in administrative and organisational activities. Confident use of Microsoft 365 is part of your profile, as is the willingness to learn new digital applications. In addition, you bring practical knowledge in dealing with Moodle, CRM systems or comparable platforms. Ideally, you have already gained experience in healthcare or in the training or university context. You communicate confidently with different stakeholders, are interested in quality management and process optimisation and work independently, structured and service-oriented. Teamwork, communication skills and a good understanding of contexts complete your profile.
