Scrum Master 100% (m,f,d) - SAFe / Coordination / RTE & Assurance

As a Scrum Master / SAFe, you support Scrum teams towards greater autonomy and self-organisation. You facilitate collaboration, help remove obstacles, and promote the continuous improvement of agile practices in a SAFe environment, with the aim of maximising value creation. Your responsibilities:
• Organise and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and SAFe events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt.
• Coach teams in their development, agile maturity and self-organisation.
• Ensure the application of Scrum principles and optimise agile working methods.
• Identify and help remove obstacles and dependencies.
• Facilitate collaboration between Architects, Product Owners and Epic Owners.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritisation.
• Foster collaboration within the SAFe structure and support RTEs in coordinating activities.
• Promote transparency, feedback, continuous improvement and value creation.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment and practical experience with SAFe.
• Very good knowledge of Scrum, SAFe and agile practices.
• Experience coaching teams towards greater autonomy and self-organisation.
• Experience facilitating Scrum/SAFe ceremonies and managing obstacles and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening and collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Ability to make decisions and arbitrate calmly, diplomatically and responsibly.
• Results-oriented, prioritisation skills and ability to unite around a common goal and value creation.
• Professional maturity, integrity, collaborative spirit, openness to feedback and ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Languages:
• Fluent French (level C1/C2)
