Purchasing & Logistics Employee / 80-100% (m/f)

Your tasks:

Monitoring the entire goods flow and ensuring material availability.Support in operational purchasing and coordination of delivery dates with partners.Independent handling of operational purchasingObtaining and comparing quotationsPlacing and monitoring orders with suppliersMaintaining and managing supplier relationshipsMonitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely availability of goodsPrice negotiations and ongoing optimisation of procurement costsChecking order confirmations, deliveries, and invoicesCoordination and processing of logistics ordersOrganisation and monitoring of transports and deliveriesCoordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departmentsData maintenance in the ERP systemSupport in the optimisation of purchasing and logistics processes

Your qualifications

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in purchasing and/or logisticsProfessional experience in operational purchasing is an advantageGood organisational skills and an independent working styleNegotiation skills and a strong cost awarenessEnjoy coordinating various tasks and contactsConfident use of MS Office and ideally experience with an ERP systemGood German language skills, both spoken and writtenEnglish skills are an advantageReliable, solution-oriented, and team-oriented personality
